Quest steps:

• Kill Ulorks for 5 earwax - Resplendent Temple
• Kill Braxi for 5 coarse hair - Resplendent Temple
• Collect a fire flower - Resplendent Temple
• Speak to Paoliq - Resplendent Temple
• Burn down the Ulork throne room - Resplendent Temple
• Kill the blazing ulork - Resplendent Temple
• Speak to Paoliq - Resplendent Temple

Notes:

Paoliq despises the Ulrok and has a plan to burn down their throne room, but first he needs some supplies. Go kill Ulorks until you get 5 earwax updates (no items, just flags) and braxi for 5 hair (again, no items). Then get lev and look down into the ravine. You should see some fire flowers jutting out, float down and pick one. Head back to Paoliq and he gives you a "Piq`a Crafted Torch". Head to the throne room to the northwest, clear any nearby swinetor, and click the torch. You'll be attacked by 'a blazing ulrok" as the smell of bacon fills the air. Kill off the blazing and head back to Paliq to complete the task.
