Kill 4 swinetor and retrieve their hearts - Resplendent Temple
Return to sentry stone - Resplendent Temple
Seek out a pure soul - Resplendent Temple

Notes:

The Chancellor smells the filth you carry from the prior task and sends you to deliver it to Surmo for disposal. If you don't have a bag, say Smell to get one from Corcelia. When you give the bag to Surmo it is too big to fit in the chute, and when he tries to force it he falls in. Jump down after to find him dead and two butchers spawn and attack. Kill both of them then head back to the Chancellor. When you hail them though, you are cast into the cells for daring to accuse the Nitore of being anything but perfect. In the cell you hear a voice, clear your target and respond to the prompts and the cell door will open leaving you free to find the source of the voice. In the "in-between" travel north then west to find "a decayed sentry stone", hail it and follow the prompts to find IT, and the filth, is the original source of power. However, its hunger grows and it send you to collect swinetor hearts for it. Again there are no items to loot, each time you kill one it has a chance of updating. Eventually you will get four updates, return to the stone. Now it sends you to find a pure soul at the top of the tower. Head all the way to the top and find Reklor Irespine, when you follow his dialog he asks if you have heard the stones speak, simply say Yes to complete the task. And, uh, don't mention fighting or pure heart...
