Quest steps:

Kill annd steal 4 Piq'a clan member weapons - Resplendent Temple
Remove 2 bones from blobs of filth - Resplendent Temple
Return to Udgar the Brave - Resplendent Temple
Capture 4 essences from weakened corpses - Resplendent Temple
Speak to Udgar the Brave - Resplendent Temple
Invade the Piq'a throne room - Resplendent Temple
Speak to Udgar the Brave - Resplendent Temple

Notes:

Udgar wants you to bring him the supplies he needs to raise an army of undead to destroy the Piq'a. First he needs weapons from the Piq`a and bones from blobs. These are not looted item, but updates you get when killing the appropriate mobs. Once updated return to Udgar and he sends you out to get essences from the zombies. Again, no actual drops, just flags on kills. After updates go back to Udgar, this time you get a dz instance. Say "ready" to zone in and find four skeletons that obey your command and eight swinetor that need to die. Target a skeleton and say the name of a swinetor for it to kill, it can solo them fine. The eight names are: guard, fighter, royal, brawler, priest, warlock, defender, and seer. After all eight are dead the task updates, say "retreat" to a skeleton to zone out, then hail Udgar to complete the task.
