• Kill Hadal to obtain a Hadal Scrying Device - Rubak Oseka
• Inspect the first mural - Rubak Oseka
• Inspect the second mural - Rubak Oseka
• Inspect the third mural - Rubak Oseka
• Inspect the fourth mural - Rubak Oseka
• Return to Solphius Kelprunner - Sarith City

This is a shared task.

Solphius is looking to gain a better understanding of his foes, the forces of Oseka. He believes the murals in Rubak Oseka contain information, but you need a scrying device to understand them. Head into Rubak and find a Hadal (one of the fish people), kill it, and take its scrying device. I got mine first kill off a templer. Once you have a device, starting at the top click each central mural as you decend to get the full story of Oseka. You don't need to click the device, just possess it. Once you click all four head back to Solphius to tell him what you've learned.
