• Search the waterfall pool for a discarded weapon - Sarith City
• Hunt down "Liutenent" Arulien - Sarith City
• Deliver the evidence against Karith - Sarith City

Notes:

Commander Marrien Kavus wants to get rid of the traitors to his city, and sends you to talk to Reles about any leads on their identities. After hailing Marrien and then Reles (to the west), you are given 3 clues to follow. The first is at the docks, as you get close the "investigate" step should update, then on the rail of one of the boats you should see the spell scroll ground spawn. Pick that up and walk down the docks to find Tidalmage Karith and dispatch them. Karith hits around 11k and is stunable, snareable, and mezzable. The next clue is at the park, as you get close the "investigate" step should update and send you to the fountain to find a notebook. After finding the notebook near the fountain go east a bit to find the Tide Priset Marinsi. Like Karith, they hit 11k and can be stunned, mezzed, and snared. Third is to the barracks up north. After entering the Lieutenent's room the "investigate" will trigger, then head north from the city and through the waterfall to a small recess behind it to Lietenent Arulien's discarded sword. Take this, go back to the city and up the bridge to find Arulien himself. he is just like the others, kill him, then deliver the three ground spawns to Marrien and hail him to complete the task.
