Notes:

Falthen has witnessed a good deal of unjust treatment at the hands of the Orator's troops. He sends you to speak with three individuals, Fisherman Tayron, Merchant Stires, and Cartographer Weken. You can visit them in any order.

Fisherman Tayron's family is being held hostage and they are demanding payment for release. Step inside and kill both, they hit just shy of 11k but can be stunned/mezzed/rooted. Once both are dead (watch for fast respawn) hail one of the hostages and then Fisherman Tayron again.

Merchant Stires has had everything taken from him, including family heirlooms. Head south to the residential area and you'll find the heirlooms sa 'ground spawns' on the tables in some houses. After picking up three give them to Merchant Stires.

Cartographer Weken has lost his sibling, Reqin and asks you to locate them. Head north out of the city and then far west, hail Reqin and then go back to tell Weken they are ok.

After helping all three out, return to Falthen to complete the task.
