Gibbledon needs some help... he's hungry! Start by killing some of the Kangons, such as breezerunners until one drops a non-stack lore Kangon Ribs. Give this to the gnome and chat with him. Seems he is investigating the link between the Alarans and the god Ryken, who can evidently communicate with them at will. However his tools are missing and he can't continue without them. The tools are dropped by the worshippers, kill them until one drops then bring it back to Gibbledon. After chatting with him he will give you a recording device and tell you to chat with a sentry stone. After hailing one give the device back to Gibbledon and chat with him to complete task.
