Notes:

Kolain is seeking to reassemble the lost flute of calm. The winds of the northwest hold a clue, so travel up there and you will get an update pointing to the Pillars of Alra. There search the ground just west of the zone in from Resplendent to find the first piece. Next head to the northeast area of Windsong for another clue, this one pointing toward the swinetor in the bowels of Resplendent. Kill them until you get your drop and return to Windsong, this time the southern end. You'll get a third clue describing the bat-like filqua. Kill them and collect the third piece. Give all three parts to Kolain and chat with it. A spirit dervish named Wisthir spawns and demands Kolani play for him and him alone. As Wisthir has clearly gone insane, Kolani sadly asks you to kill it. Hits around 17k but nothing special. Once dead hail Kolani to complete the task.
