Notes:

Arbin is disgusted by the rumors of Deepwater knights that have abandoned their vows and doesn't know what to do about the captive. He sends you to chat with some guildmasters for advice. Start with Ghanlin (just beside Arbin), then Lanken (also nearby), then head back to where Weligorn is to find Markus. She sends you downstairs to interrogate the captive, hail her 3 times then back to Markus. She now requires you to go slay 3 fallen knights to keep them from providing the heretics with information about their oathes. Once they are dead return to Arbin to complete the task.
