• Get the device from Jarith and take it near tower - Sanctum Somnium
• Kill 3 tower wardens - Sanctum Somnium
• Kill 3 tower servants - Sanctum Somnium
• Kill 3 tower guardians - Sanctum Somnium
• Kill Morell's Commander - Sanctum Somnium
• Talk to Jarith - Sanctum Somnium

Reward:

Notes:

Materials in hand Jarith is ready to act. Start by hailing him to get the device, then travel south until you get an update. Now look around for specific mobs (elite versions won't count), after getting 3 of each head to the tower and kill the Commander at the top of the spiral. Once its dead hail Jarith to complete the task.
