Say "ready" to zone into instance.

Mea has a deal to make with Argath. The Domain Clan are assembling naeya pups, and if Argath got them it would help Mea by depriving the Domain and Argath by giving them useful companions in defending the city. Once you zone in chat with Mea and then Trag and say "depart" to start the walk to where the naeya are kept. Treg will lead you east and down the river. Random trash from the zone can agro, they see invis/sos, but can be mezzed and blurred as needed. If you let Treg get the killing blow on one you get an Achievement. If you kill at least 3 each of Apes, Crocs, and Gorals you'll get the second Achievement. When Treg reaches the destination, the task locks and it despawns. Heading east into the narrow paths you'll find the domain hunters. The have a fair bit of hp, hit for about 11k, and are suceptible to mez, root, etcs, they summon and run at low health. You will need to kill at least 18, if you kill them all you'll earn the third Achievement. When done head west to find a large crate. Bash it open and nayea mother spawns and attacks, hits 12k, no snare, stun, or mez. Then break open the chests in the back and loot 6 pups. Head back to the northwest where you started to give them to Mea, hail, then open the chest to complete the mission.
