Notes:

Caindi was approached by two guards with an offer to turn traitor and wants you to find out just who sent them. Start with Kalinir in the northeast corner of city hall. When you hail, Kalinir attacks, so kill him then head back to Tyzen to let him know what has happened. Tyzen informs you that a person called Jerinos is involved, go chat with him on west side of the upper floor of the town hall. Jerinos claims that Tyzen's group is looking to betray you, and offers help if you'll take care of Lijka by feeding Brltimore Weed to the Braxi. Roam around outside until you find 4 of the light green plants and then feed them to the Braxi (northeastern area of the city) which kills Lijka. Return to Jerinos to complete the task.
