Alteris is looking to investigate what caused the forge to erupt. Start by chatting with Mechanic Vitesal on the arm level. He gives you another device from Mizenblast, a FUSOR. Next head down to the forge/belly and pull 2 blades/metals/cyclones. Beat both down to around 50% or lower then use the FUSOR. The types you have will determine the type of creature that forms:

Each creature will drop 6 of the quest pieces, and you'll need to do all 6 permutations to collect the pieces needed for the task. After getting all 6 types, you'll want to pick up a groundspawn sword. However! Once you pick up the sword the unnamed untargetable blob that roams the belly will be a threat. If it gets close you will take a 70k DD, so be prepared to immediatly go back to Vitesal and turn them in. After turning in all the parts, chat with Vitesal to complete the task.
