Give the Rune of the Sacred Ophidian to Aquam the Tidalmaster - Sarith City

This is a shared task.

Solphius wants to stop the followers of Oseka from resurrecting their pirate-turned-god. Head back into Rubak and acquire four of their holy relics. The relics all drop from the Alaran and Hadal models. Once you have all four head back to hail Solphius who asks you to get them blessd by Aquam the Tidalmaster. Hand them in and you get "blessed" versions back, then hail Solphius one more time to complete the task.
