Collars of Legacies Lost

Collars of Legacies Lost are evolving necklaces introduced in Laurion's Song. The primary base collar, Subdued Collar of Legacies Lost, has a chance to be in the reward chest in the The Hero's Forge mission Heroes are Forged and the Pal'Lomen mission Final Fugue..

Each collar starts as Evolving: Level 1/2. To evolve it to level 2 requires wearing it and gaining experience in Laurion's Song and later expansions' content. Once it has evolved to 2/2 it becomes Fine and achievements are needed to advance it to the next collar.

2. Polished

Upon gaining the Champion of Laurion's Song achievement (completing completing all quests in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Polished. At this point the collars are divided between Combatant's for melee/tanks or Supplicant's for casters/priests.

3. Shining

Upon gaining Paragon of Laurion's Song achievement (completing all missions in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Shining. Evolves with experience into Fine Shining - 2/2.

4. Gleaming

Upon gaining Challenger of Laurion's Song achievement (completing all mission challenges in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Gleaming. At this point cloaks are further divided by classes.

5. Sparkling

Upon gaining Mythslayer of Laurion's Song achievement (Completing all hunts in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Sparkling.

6. Lustrous

Upon gaining Conqueror of Laurion's Song achievement (Completing all raids in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Lustrous.

Upon gaining Vanquisher of Laurion's Song achievement (Completing all raid challenges in Laurion's Song) the collar may be converted into Radiant.

Effects

Improved Parry / Block

The collar starts out with Improved Parry / Block V. This is the effect on group neck items. Once it reaches Gleaming (4), it has Improved Parry / Block VII. This is the effect on raid neck items.

Healing

The collar starts out (1. Subdued) with Luminescent Renewal - Increases the potency of healing spells by 105 to 120%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 130. This is the focus seen on group neck items.

Polished (2) collars have Lustrous Revigoration - Increases the potency of healing spells by 115 to 130%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 130.

Upon evolving into Gleaming (4), the focus at that point on is Gleaming Restoration - Increases the potency of healing spells by 140 to 170%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 130. This is the focus seen on raid neck items.
