To report crashing issues to Daybreak, before restarting the game go to the Logs folder in your EverQuest folder and copy the '''debug.dmp''' and '''dbg.txt''' files to somewhere. Note that by default Windows will hide the '''.dmp''' and '''.txt''' part of the file names, you just might see '''debug''' and '''dbg''' as the file names. There also might be no '''debug.dmp''' file at all. Send those files to everquest@darkpawgames.com with as much information about the crash as you can think of.

If someone is banned and they can't send a private message to the community manager, they can create a second forum account in order to send the private message.
