Here are some ways to contact SOE about various issues.

EverQuest forum

If you have an issue or question with forum administration, you should start a conversation (private message) with the community manager for that game via the forums. If someone is banned and they can't send a private message to the community manager, they can create a second forum account in order to send the private message.

Game crashing

To report crashing issues to SOE, before restarting the game go to the Logs folder in your EverQuest folder and copy the debug.dmp and dbg.txt files to somewhere. Then send those files to [email protected] with as much information about the crash as you can think of.
