Distribution Facilitator XCV is a NPC in the Plane of Knowledge. Under his name it says, "(Living Legacy)" which reports his role in the game, to hand out the rewards for the Living Legacy missions.
He will give you (if you have earned them) the following items when you hail him:
- Silver Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Silver Threaded Worm Gear Model ___ (Living Legacy Raid #1: Marathon)
- Brass Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Carefully Weighted Brass Pinion Model ___ (Living Legacy Raid #3: Endurance)
- Bronze Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Bronzed Crystalline Oscillator Model ___ (purity) (Living Legacy Raid #2: Sprint), Bronze Slant Thread Pinion Gear Model ___ (event?)
- Iron Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Iron Plated Timing Pendulum Model ___ (Living Legacy Raid #4: Battle Prowess)
- Gold Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Gold Plated Spiked Gear Model ___ (charm) (Dragons, Dragons, Dragons!), Gold Plated Contact Spring Model ___ (Dragons, Dragons, Dragons!)
- Platinum Clockwork Abacus - when clicked will give you Platinum Plated Worm Pinion Gear Model ___ (Giants, Giants, Giants!)
