Say "going" to enter the instance

The betrayals back and forth continue and after entering the instance you find that you've been knocked out by Xalvir and need to find the rebels who are also imprisoned. Start by hailing Tyzen, then roaming the prison to hail Caindi, Srezen, and Uyyina while killing at least 10 of the archons. Caindi and Srezen are near Tyzen, but Uyyina is in the carnifax area. While doing this you can hail the non-named prisoners and they will free the prisons, if you hail them all you gain the first Achievement. "The Great Escape". After hailing the three rebels and killing 10 archons return to Tyzen. When you hail Tyzen the task locks. Next head out of the jail and west to the building with the zone to Sepulcher. There you find Tyzen about to speak to a throng of citizens, hail Tyzen and he gives a short speech and the citizens become agro. If you reach Tyzen in under 15 minutes from the first hail of Tyzen you earn the second Achievement, "Exit stage right". You need to kill at least 10, they are grey cons and hit like chumps. Afterwards hail Jerinos and it attacks. It hits around 12.5k and casts Jerinos' Punishment, an 8k dot with silence, amnesia, and small knockback. If you allow him to hit each person in the group with his Punishment you earn the third Achievement, "Jerinos wins again". Beat it down to 50% or so and Morell Thule spawns claiming responsibility for the dreams and choas in City of Bronze. Hail him then loot the chest to complete the task.

The chest contains one spell and on of the following:
