This is a shared task.

Now that you've obtained the blessed relics, it is time to use them. First you need to get 4 of the Ophidian blood, common drop from snakes. Then work your way up the spiral giving a relic and a blood to each altar in turn after clearing/training the area. NEW - a 17k hitting elemental now spawns when you turn items in to each altar. It doesn't see invis and will despawn after a short time. Once you've delivered all four return to Solphius to complete the task.
