Say "ready" to zone into instance.

It is time to strike a blow at Archon Eries and Riago Barthes directly. Chat with both Ain and then Marrien when you are set and they will move forces out. If either of them die, the mission is lost and must be restarted. Outside you find Riago and when you hail him a number of Riago's Brigands spawn and attack, it is advisable to hang back and have someone that can fd/fade do the hail and let the fighters take them out or have someone pop a counterattack/riposte type disc. Speak to Commander Marrien Kavus to get the troops moving towards the docks. Follow the troops killing off any that get in your way. As you near the docks a bunch of hadal spawn, you'll need to clear them out. They don't hit hard, only 2k or so. With them dispatched, Marrien sends you north to the docks to assist Rebel Leader Ain Kavus. Hail Ain when you are ready and it paths to city hall and the task locks. Once you get down there you need to kill 10 some of the troops outside as well as Riago and Eries. Keep an eye on Marrien and Ain's health as you wade through the 5k hitting trash, 7k hitting Riago, and 11k hitting Eries. Riago seems to buff itself with Devastating Slashes, adding a 1k dd proc to melee, a wizard nuke, a Mage Grenade, a 21k AE with small flux. Eries casts Neck Jab, a 8k dot with silence, and Archon's Blade, a 15k dd with flux. Need info on if they can be mezzed/rooted. After they are dead go inside, hail High Priest Vyers, and hail Ain to spawn the chest. Open the chest to complete the mission.
