Shard's Landing

Shard's Landing is a zone in the Rain of Fear expansion. This is "the central zone in Rain of Fear".

Said to be the starting zone and hub of Rain of Fear.

This zone is linked to Erillion, City of Bronze.

Zone layout

Areas of the zone are:

• Harbinger's Outpost - Crater at location 488, -145. Dropping down the crater takes you to Sepulcher of Order. Here you will find portals which will take you to other zones in RoF, once you complete the quests to do so.

Quests

Some quest givers are at the Harbinger's Outpost crater at p250, p35 - Overseer Drent, Director Idris Manaar, Councilman Nostulia, Master Hunter Jilare.

Note that some quest givers wander around and might not be at exactly the location listed, but will be nearby.

Portal quests

Traveling around Rain of Fear should be easier than most expansions thanks to portals in Shard's Landing. Before you can use them, you must complete the quest for each one. Each quest consists of getting the quest and then taking a shard and clicking it in each zone.

The keyword to get the quests is "attune".

• Chapterhouse of the Fallen Portal Activation - Given by Sir Delvas at p890, p80. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to Chapterhouse of the Fallen.
• Eastern Wastes: Zeixshi-Kar's Awakening Portal Activation - Given by Leopold Crunchbasher at 310, 250. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to East Wastes: Zeixshi-Kar's Awakening.
• Evantil, the Vile Oak Portal Activation - Given by Bygral Tamescale. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to Evantil, the Vile Oak.
• Grelleth's Palace, the Chateau of Filth Portal Activation - Given by Vaytok. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to Grelleth's Palace, the Chateau of Filth.
• The Breeding Grounds Portal Activation - Given by Vdrakii. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to The Breeding Grounds.
• Valley of King Xorbb Portal Activation - Given by Soulbound Construct. Completing this quest will allow you to use the portal to Valley of King Xorbb.

Solo quests

• Fear Shard Collection - In addition to being in Erillion, City of Bronze, Magus Burlshin is also here near location -1450, -1100. Here he has the word, "(Teleportation)", over his head. He is building a magical portal device with the fear shards.
