Altaris is now under assault by a giant avatar of steel! To make it killable is going to require some ingenuity. First, have one person go one circuit down the ramp and find a cross to break off bits of the avatar, spawning little puddles. The puddles are non-agro, but social, hit about 10k and have low hp. Each one drops a tradable "energized steel shard", you'll need at least 9. If you spawn and kill 15 of them in 5 minutes you'll earn the first Achievement. Once you got a bunch head north, following the water track, until you come to the cart. Jump on it and have one person equip a shard and click it, causing the cart to roll to the avatar. It will take 3 clicks to get all the way there, and a couple adds will spawn. Clear off any adds (the clicker Must remain on the cart) and get the cart all the way and the task will update. Next go up top find the water tower. Use the catapult near it to launch you in, then equip and click. This time there will be magic blasts heading at the tower. Have a member with ranged nukes keep an eye out and shoot them down. If the blasts hit, the tower stops and you'll need to use another click. Once you get it over the avatar the task will update. Now head south to find the other cart and repeat the procedure of equip and click. No adds this time, but piles of molten rock spawn that emit a damage aura to any that get close (hence saving this for last). If instead you do both carts first, and get them in under 15 minutes, you get the second Achievement. If you do the water tower first, and have it in place within 5 minutes, you get the third Achievement.

After completing all 3 steps the explosives go off, the task locks, and the avatar goes live. Engage the avatar but stay on north side to avoid the AE damage from the piles to the south. The avatar hits around 20k and emotes about a big swing followed by a frontal based AE, so best bet is to attack from north while tank keeps him facing either east or west. Also, the longer it is active the stronger it seems to get. If you wipe a few times you may need to restart the mission if it starts hitting too hard.

Once it dies Alteris runs down to you. Hail it then open the chest to complete the mission.

The chest contains one spell and one of the following:
