After saving Silbek, Tiljin is ready to trust you to take on the offensive by weakening the temple. You get 4 "explosive rune" when you start the task. Begin by collecting 4 powdered coral dropped off the Hadal. Once you have them head back out into Sarith zone and swim around the shell. At the end of four of the spine things are "Rune Holders", place a rune and then a powder into each holder, then go back to Tiljin to complete the task.
