Say "move" to zone into instance.

It is time to take out High Priest Vyers for good. Speak with Reles, who informs you that Vyers is just outside. Hail him and answer his question, and a large number of adds spawn along with a 15k hitting Captain Rysen. The trash hit fairly weakly and are mezzable, stunnable, rootable, and likely will be handled by the rebel troops. Once dead hail Vyers and he despawns and pops at the docks. Head over, wait for the rebels to get there, then hail Vyers again. This time a group of hadal spawn with an Oracle. You'll need to kill at least 8 of the hadal, dropping an AE mezz here will help a great deal as the rebels make quick work of them one by one as you break. If you clear both sets of adds in 15 minutes you get your first Achievement. Hail Vyers again (he popped on a boat for me, might be bugged). The task locks at this point. Lev out to Rubak and find Vyers on one of the spines, this time when hailed he summons three terrors of the deep.

Nhron the Sea-Eater, a giant shark that hits 11k and casts Tentacle Constriction, a 20k dot and root, Kraken's Fury, a 20k PBAE with flux, and Sea-Eater's Grasp, a 8k BPAE dot, root, and slight slow.
Desalin the Sea Terror, a giant hammerhead that his 11k and casts various shadowknight spells, Terror of the Seas, a 10k dot and fear for 6 sec, Mutilate, a 29k dd, 1k stat debuff, and 75% melee slow, and Swallow, a 14k dot.
Leveth the Shark King, another giant shark hitting 11k, summons two smaller shark adds, buffs itself with Shark King's Presence, a boost to AC, Dodge, haste, atk, and accuracy, and casts Mutilate, a 29k dd, 1k stat debuff, and 75% melee slow, and Swallow, a 14k dot.
If you save Leveth for last you get your second Achievement.

With the sharks dead move up the outside of Rubak to confront Vyers directly. On agro Vyers summons 2 hadal adds and buffs itself and the adds with Oseka's Lifeforce, a 100k hp boost, and casts Flood, a 20k PBAE with small flux and Tidal Pull, a single target 3 tick root.
If you don't kill the adds they will sacrifice themselves to boost Vyers and it summons more. If you allow Vyers to summon at least 5 adds you earn the third Achievement. Once Vyers is dispatched go back to the docks to hail Reles and your reward chest will spawn. Open the chest to complete the mission.
