Before in-game maps were added to EQ, players used to have to play with no maps, or find or create their own maps.
Several web sites existed to provide maps to the zones. One of the best was EQ Atlas. EQ Atlas is now gone.
However, some of the maps from the site still exist.
- tessmage.com has mirrored the EQ Atlas site
- Alla'Kabor has a mirror here
In addition, some of the maps are mirrored here on this wiki.
- Ultimate EverQuest World Map - Created by Brewall Rainsinger at Brewall's EverQuest Maps.
