Say "begin" to zone into the instance.

General Serobi wants you to go to the heart of Rubak and unleash the fury of Prexus. Start by working your way down, killing any devout templars you find, and looting relics from them (there are two types that are lore, so you'll need at least three people to loot). Once you have six artifacts head all the way to the pearl area at the bottom where you click the vial containing the fury of Prexus. Doing so locks the task starts the main event. The High Priest of Xalziks and 3 High Priest of Oseka will attack and hadal zealots will begin spawning and walking toward the water. If a zealot reaches the water it despawns and a low hp devout templar will spawn. Meanwhile Xalziks will summon a toranado that has an AE snare, slow, and pull. You'll need to kill at least 2 of the zealots (they don't attack back) and the 3 High Priest of Oseka. Once you've done so have your group target Xalziks and click the relics all together. If you wait too long (a few seconds) between clicks, the confining will fail and you'll need to kill more templars (from zealot sacrifices) to get more relics and try again. The High Priests will continue to spawn during the event as well, can't be rooted but are mezzable.

If you kill at least 16 of the devout temlpars you get the first Achievement. If you kill off 8 of the zealots before they reach the water you get the second Achievement. If you confine Oseka to Xalziks within 8 minutes of triggering the event you get the third Achievement.
