Editing Crystal of Kintaz Specialization

'''Respecialization''' is a quest which will reset your all your [[arcane specialization]] skills to 49.  It is useful if you wish to change which skills become your primary and secondary ones.

Ostorm in the Temple of Solusek Ro gives the quest.  If your faction is not good enough with the Temple Of Sol Ro for him to talk with you, you can do the [https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=305 Rathmana's Traveling Offer] quest to increase it.

== Walkthrough ==

Ostorm can be found in the east upper hallway in the Temple of Solusek Ro,  at +430, -80, +35, through the door behind the throne along the corridor to the right.  Note that you should say the specializations you wish, the ones given here are examples and recommended for druids.

You say, 'Hail, Ostorm'

:Ostorm says, 'I am Ostorm of the Temple of Solusek Ro, guardian of the sacred crystal of Kintaz.  Be wary and keep your distance, lest the proximity of the crystal [steal] your [memories].'

You say, 'Why would anyone make a crystal that steals memories?'

:Ostorm says, 'It is the nature of the crystal of Kintaz to steal the memories of those around it. Only I am safe, and then only because of the strong wardings placed on me by Solusek Ro himself.  Are you interested in [losing] any [memories]?'

You say, 'I came here to see if someone can steal my memories.'

:Ostorm says, 'It is the nature of the crystal of Kintaz to steal the memories of those around it. Only I am safe, and then only because of the strong wardings placed on me by Solusek Ro himself.  Are you interested in [losing] any [memories]?'

You say, 'To some, losing memories is a relief.'

:Ostorm says, 'Recently, I have been experimenting with the crystal, and have found that those exposed to ruby light filtered through it may rearrange the memories of their specialized arcane skills.  Are you sure you want to [rearrange your memories] of specialization?'

You say, 'Yes. I want to rearrange my  memories of specialization.'

[Gave him 5 platinum pieces, as I did not have 50 gold coins.  Note this appears optional, part of the game flavor that Ostrom is not above defrauding people who can't remember. It does give you faction, though]
