Here are some ways to contact Daybreak Game Company (DGC) about various issues.

EverQuest forum[edit | edit source]

If you have an issue or question with forum administration, you should start a conversation (private message) with the community manager for that game via the forums. If someone is banned and they can't send a private message to the community manager, they can create a second forum account in order to send the private message.

Game crashing[edit | edit source]

To report crashing issues to Daybreak, before restarting the game go to the Logs folder in your EverQuest folder and copy the debug.dmp and dbg.txt files to somewhere. Note that by default Windows will hide the .dmp and .txt part of the file names, you just might see debug and dbg as the file names. There also might be no debug.dmp file at all. Send those files to [email protected] with as much information about the crash as you can think of.
