Druids and Wizards have ports to The Great Divide (Torment of Velious). Self only at level 113, group and others at level 114. Druids and Wizards can buy the spells from Aurelia Portrowel (Teleport Scrolls) in The Great Divide (Torment of Velious) (near the The Eastern Wastes (Torment of Velious) zone line).  Wizards can also buy the spells from Excellent Ration Evasion (Wizard and Magician Spells) in The Eastern Wastes (Torment of Velious).
