Editing Type 4/7/8 augmentations

Type 4 augmentations and the parts to make them come from either group named (rare) mobs, may drop from group trash mobs, or from group mission chests.  Type 4 augmentations will fit only in weapons.

Type 7 augmentations and the parts to make them come from either group named (rare) mobs, may drop from group trash mobs, or from group mission chests.

Type 8 augmentations and the parts to make them come from either raid chests or may drop from raid instance trash mobs.

Some augmentations are both Type 4 and Type 8.

Some augmentations are both Type 7 and Type 8.

Some of these augmentations can only be created by players who have done various [[Rallos Zek's Earring]] quests.

Some may also come from [[quests]].
