Claim items are rewards granted by Daybreak for various reasons. The most common reason is for purchasing an expansion.
For example, purchasing the Ring of Scale Standard Edition before release (pre-order) granted your account a Veeshan Burning Bas-Relief (one per account).
Many other claim items exist.
You can view your unclaimed items by typing /claim in a text box or through the EQ button menu.

Most useful claims:
- Gift of legacies lost - provides level apopriate items (weapon and armor). Note: Can only be used once per character.
- Ornate barding - free, albeit slow horse.
- Verdant Hedgerow Leaf - mount, Run2
- Desert Kangon Saddle - mount, Run2
- Dreamweave Satchel - 16 slot 100% WR reduction bag. Lore. One per character.
- Traveler's Rucksack - 24 slot 100% WR bag, heirloom (one per account?)
- Journeyman's Pocketed Rucksack - 32 slot 100% WR bag, heirloom (one per account?)
