Claim items are rewards granted by Daybreak for various reasons. The most common reason is for purchasing an expansion.
For example, purchasing the Ring of Scale Standard Edition before release (pre-order) granted your account a Veeshan Burning Bas-Relief (one per account).
Many other claim items exist.
You can view your unclaimed items by typing /claim in a text box or though the EQ button menu.
