Cloaks of the Selenelion are evolving cloaks introduced in Night of Shadows. The primary base cloak, Lucent Cloak of the Selenelion, has a chance to be in the reward chest in the Ruins of Shadow Haven mission When One Door Closes.

Each cloak starts as Evolving: Level 1/2. To evolve it to level 2 requires wearing it and gaining experience. Once it has evolved to 2/2, achievements are needed to advance it to the next cloak.

Cloaks

1. Lucent

2. Vivid

At this point further cloaks are divided between Combatant's for melee/tanks or Supplicant's for casters/priests.

Upon gaining the Champion of Nights of Shadows achievement (completing all quests in Night of Shadows).

  • Evolves into Vivid Combatant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2 or Vivid Supplicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2
    • Evolves with experience into Aged Vivid Combatant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2 or Aged Vivid Supplicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2

3. Dulled

Upon gaining Paragon of Nights of Shadows achievement (completing all missions in Night of Shadows).

  • Evolves into Dulled Combatant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2 or Dulled Supplicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2
    • Evolves with experience into Aged Dulled Combatant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2 or Aged Dulled Supplicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2

4. Obscured

At this point cloaks are further divided by classes.

Upon gaining Challenger of Nights of Shadows achievement (completing all mission challenges in Night of Shadows).

  • Evolves into Eclipsed Medicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2 or Eclipsed <unknown> Cloak of the Selenelion - 1/2
    • Evolves with experience into Aged Eclipsed Medicant's Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2 or Aged Eclipsed <unknown> Cloak of the Selenelion - 2/2

Focus Effect

The cloak starts out with Enduring Tenacity - Increases the duration of spells by 26%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 125. This is the focus seen on group cloaks.

Upon evolving into Obscured (4), the focus at that point on is Everlasting Diligence - Increases the duration of spells by 35%. This bonus will decay on spells over level 125. This is the focus seen on raid cloaks.
