Crystal Circle Builder is an achievement in Rain of Fear.
To obtain the achievement you need to have:
- Maximum ally faction with Crystal Circle Builders. This may be obtained by doing the Fear Shard Collection quest. There may be other ways as well.
- Shard Experiences quest completed. This quest is given by Magus Burlshin in Shard's Landing. You must have at least kindly faction with Crystal Circle Builders for him to offer you this quest.
