Empires of Kunark (EoK) will be the 23rd EverQuest expansion. It was announced on September 1, 2016. Release is scheduled for November 2016.

Daybreak has not announced any features at this time.

However, two new alternate currency placeholders can be found in the Alt. Currency tab in game, both labeled SKU24 Raid Currency.
