The following rank III spells are obtained by doing twelve quests and having maximum ally faction with Ladies of the Light:

• Spell: Mana Resurgence Aura Rk. III
• Spell: Phantasmal Orb Rk. III
• Spell: Preincarnation Rk. III
• Spell: Summer's Viridity Rk. III
• Spell: Tangleweave Energy Rk. III
• Spell: Trial for Honor Rk. III
• Spell: Ward of Resurgence Rk. III
• Tome of Wheel of Fists Rk. III

Once the twelve quests are completed and the faction is obtained, Alissa Saint Claire (Elite Supplier) will sell you the spells.

The quests are:

Dragonscale Hills tasks

• Mash Brownies (Kill 20 Brownies)
• Moonfires Burning Desire (Kill Wind Nymphs and loot an enchanted collar)

Five Group tasks from Overvolt Rigster the IV. in the Mechanical Guardian. In order to request the first task you must have completed at least one of his solo tasks: Getting That Stabilizer, Mechamatic Spelunking, Modulation!, or The Steamwork You're Looking For. The keyword to get them is job. He always offers the lowest quest you haven't completed, until you have done all five. Afterwords you may select any of them.

• Guardian #1: Disposing of Unwanted Things
• Guardian #2: Engine Room Schematics
• Guardian #3: Security? Yeah Right
• Guardian #4: Tracking the Steamworks
• Guardian #5: Mechamatic Memory Manipulation

Need kindly faction to get next two tasks:

• The Rescue (Kill 5 Brownies, Hail Agilica near Queen then 2 guards spawn, kill them)
• The Queen's Demise (Kill Queen Veneneu)

Loping Plains tasks

• The Festival of Nightmares (Kill 2 named skelly in the festival area and pick up 2 ground spawns)
• The Talking Tree (Hail Oracle then invis down and kill Lord Malforus and loot heart)
• Vrald's Lost Brother (20 Step Task grants 2 AAs and 12 slot, 100% WR bag)
