Type 18 (Special: Group) and Type 19 (Special: Raid) augmentations are used in evolving items from The Burning Lands, Torment of Velious, Claws of Veeshan, and Night of Shadows. Some are mob drops while others are created by players from mob drops.

Type 18 augmentations and the parts to make them come from either group named (rare) mobs, may drop from group trash mobs, or from group mission chests.

Type 19 augmentations and the parts to make them come from either raid chests or may drop from raid instance trash mobs.

Some augmentations are both Type 18 and Type 19.

Some of these augmentations can only be created by players who have done various Earring of Rallos Zek quests.

The Burning Lands

In The Burning Lands mobs have a chance to drop these augmentations with named (rare) more likely to do so.
